Description

  • Drive account and segment pipeline and engagement through targeted marketing strategies tailored to the supported sales segment.
  • Own segment strategy by aligning marketing investment to enterprise revenue targets, pipeline gaps, and regional sales priorities.
  • Plan and deliver regional events and programs in collaboration with customer marketing, demand events, growth marketing, sales development, and other teams.
  • Lead regular bidirectional pipeline inspection cadences with Sales leadership to identify coverage gaps, track conversion, and adjust investments in real time.
  • Develop and pilot scalable program templates and playbooks such as executive roundtables, customer days, and summits.
  • Partner with Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, and SDRs to ensure field teams have the messaging and enablement needed to accelerate deals across the funnel.
  • Manage regional budgets and maintain strong data integrity in Salesforce and Tableau so activities are tied to measurable ROI.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment that values diverse strengths and supports innovative marketing approaches.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or Integrated Marketing with an enterprise focus.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue impact in high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of executive-level engagement and messaging for complex buying committees and large-scale deals.
  • Significant experience using Salesforce and Tableau to analyze pipeline health and provide executive reporting.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, lead cross-functional teams, and build processes from the ground up.
  • B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis.
