Description

  • Own the co-marketing strategy and execution roadmap for a portfolio of strategic technology and channel partners.
  • Design and govern integrated partner marketing programs across events, digital, content syndication, and demand generation.
  • Establish scalable operating models, playbooks, and execution frameworks for partner marketing.
  • Develop and manage the partner marketing events strategy, including third-party sponsorships, partner-led field events, and co-branded virtual programs.
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets for the assigned partner portfolio.
  • Build reporting cadences and dashboards to track program performance and ROI.
  • Evaluate and optimize the partner marketing program mix and make data-driven investment recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Partner Sales on joint go-to-market plans and integrated campaigns.
  • Own and manage the AMS partner marketing budget for assigned programs.
  • Serve as the primary partner marketing point of contact and internal subject matter expert for the function.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with substantial senior-level experience in partner, channel, alliance, or ecosystem marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and lead complex, multi-channel co-marketing programs that deliver measurable pipeline impact.
  • Deep knowledge of the technology partner ecosystem, with hands-on experience marketing with or through hyperscalers such as Google, Microsoft, or AWS, and/or AI/data platform partners strongly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and conceptual problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.
  • Proven ability to persuade, influence, and build alignment across senior external and internal stakeholders.
  • Budget ownership experience with accountability for ROI and strong analytical skills tied to revenue outcomes.
  • Deep familiarity with demand generation, ABM, and field marketing principles, with experience working closely with sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex programs into clear narratives for senior leadership.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is not explicitly stated but may be considered in a senior marketing role context.
