Description

  • Drive account and segment pipeline and engagement goals through targeted field marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Own segment marketing strategy by aligning investment to enterprise revenue targets, pipeline gaps, and regional sales priorities.
  • Partner with regional and cross-functional marketing teams to plan and deliver events and programs that support pipeline, awareness, and cross-sell or upsell goals.
  • Lead regular pipeline inspection cadences with Sales leadership to identify coverage gaps, monitor conversion, and adjust investments in real time.
  • Develop and pilot scalable program templates and marketing plays that can be reused across the broader global team.
  • Partner with Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, and SDRs to ensure messaging and enablement support deal acceleration across the funnel.
  • Manage regional budgets and maintain accurate data and reporting in Salesforce and Tableau tied to measurable ROI.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment that supports engagement and innovative marketing approaches.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or Integrated Marketing with an enterprise focus.
  • Proven success driving pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue impact in high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of executive-level engagement and messaging for complex buying committees and large-scale deals.
  • Significant experience using Salesforce and Tableau to analyze pipeline health and provide executive reporting.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, lead cross-functional teams, and build processes from the ground up.
  • B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales organizations and regional priorities.
  • Ability to manage complex budgets and maintain strong operational rigor.
  • Experience creating repeatable marketing plays or process improvements preferred.
