Description

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed software and services sales targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Lead complex, solution-based sales cycles and close strategic deals.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and propose tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately using data-driven insights.
  • Apply MEDDICC qualification methodologies to improve deal outcomes.
  • Partner with solution engineering, customer success, and other stakeholders to support client needs.
  • Serve as a mentor and role model within the sales team.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of progressive sales experience in the software or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success managing and expanding B2B accounts.
  • Ability to analyze complex client needs and navigate challenging sales cycles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • B2 English proficiency or higher.
  • Passion for technology and ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, and similar sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred, or equivalent sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of the Smartsheet platform and advanced capabilities.
  • Proven ability to execute complex solution sales involving both software and services.
