Description

  • Own CRM data hygiene and maintain accurate contact and account records.
  • Audit and optimize CRM properties, lifecycle stages, and deduplication processes.
  • Build and maintain scalable enrichment workflows in Clay and n8n.
  • Run enrichment waterfalls for email, phone, LinkedIn, and firmographic data.
  • Manage scraping workflows using Bright Data and Apollo exports.
  • Prepare campaign-ready outbound lists with low bounce rates.
  • Implement and manage email validation, deliverability, domain, and inbox-health workflows.
  • Track and report on list health, data completeness, and coverage metrics.
  • Document workflows and create repeatable processes for list building, enrichment, and segmentation.
  • Perform light scripting and technical troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM Ops, or Data Ops.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including data hygiene and lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience building automations in n8n.
  • Hands-on experience building enrichment workflows in Clay.
  • Experience with data enrichment tools such as Lusha and Apollo.
  • Experience with Smartlead.
  • Understanding of email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and inbox warm-up.
  • Ability to troubleshoot automation workflows and perform light scripting.
  • Ability to maintain bounce rates below target, such as under 2% (preferred).
  • Experience maintaining domain and inbox health and preventing deliverability incidents (preferred).
