Description

  • Partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify GTM bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.
  • Create AI-powered automations, copilots, and agents to support GTM teams.
  • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines that unify data across GTM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ChurnZero.
  • Implement systems that measure campaign, channel, and program effectiveness.
  • Design automated workflows that improve internal operations and reduce manual work.
  • Pilot new tools, integrations, and AI workflows through experimentation.
  • Translate business problems into practical, maintainable system solutions.
  • Ensure high data quality and process consistency across GTM systems.
  • Support process scaling across global marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a technical Marketing Operations/RevOps role.
  • Comfort with writing code in Python and SQL and working with APIs.
  • Experience with data engineering or ETL tools is a bonus.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture.
  • Fluency with GTM tools such as Clay, HubSpot/Marketo, Outreach/Apollo, Gong, Nooks Dialer/Orum, 6sense, and UserGems is preferred.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier and Workato.
  • A strong builder mindset with curiosity, scrappiness, and a love of experimentation.
  • Ability to own projects end to end and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for data quality and process consistency.
  • Proven ability to design and scale processes across global marketing teams.
