Description

  • Design, build, and optimize automated outbound sequences using agentic workflows for personalized outreach at scale.
  • Build end-to-end agentic GTM motions, including prospecting logic, enrichment, sequencing, measurement, and iteration.
  • Create and maintain a shared knowledge and context system for agents used by Marketing, BDRs, and AEs.
  • Deploy automations for research, meeting preparation, call briefings, and follow-up workflows to increase BDR and AE effectiveness.
  • Instrument and report on sequence performance, including open rates, reply rates, meetings set, and pipeline sourced.
  • Translate performance data into experimentation roadmaps and continuously improve GTM motions.
  • Partner with BDR leadership and Marketing to align automated outreach with target segments, campaigns, and the buyer journey.
  • Evaluate, integrate, and maintain tools such as Clay, coding agents, enrichment providers, and sequencing platforms.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated projects built with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot; Clay; or similar martech tools that use genuinely agentic solutions.
  • Experience in GTM Engineering, Sales Development, Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, including building automated workflows.
  • Data-driven ability to instrument experiments, interpret results, and iterate quickly.
  • Excellent written communication for authoring agent templates, prompts, and frameworks.
  • Builder mindset with a track record of shipping, measuring, and improving solutions in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply systems thinking to connected GTM workflows.
  • Experience collaborating with BDRs, AEs, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Knowledge of B2B outbound sales motions, including sequencing, prospecting, enrichment, intent signals, and pipeline measurement (preferred).
  • Ability to write and debug Python, JavaScript, or similar code to connect APIs, manipulate data, and build automations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, enrichment, or intent-data platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit, UserGems, Bombora, or 6sense (preferred).
