Description

  • Lead client onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs.
  • Guide customers through structured training and adoption of the software platform.
  • Help clients understand how to use the product effectively.
  • Support users as they learn key workflows and processes.
  • Communicate complex information clearly during client sessions and discussions.
  • Work with enterprise customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing product roles.
  • Experience working directly with clients to help them adopt a tool, platform, or system.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and explain them clearly.
  • Comfortable guiding clients through structured sessions and discussions.
  • English level C1 or C2 required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in a remote environment.
  • Exposure to SaaS, CRM, or other tech tools is a plus.
  • Customer success experience is preferred.
  • Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Experience handling high-value or demanding customers is preferred.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $1,800–$2,200 per month.
