Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound requests from assigned enterprise clients.
  • Advocate internally to manage contractual obligations and align client expectations.
  • Maximize client value from ClassWallet solutions and help clients achieve desired outcomes.
  • Drive product adoption, contract renewal, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Build client retention and satisfaction through ongoing relationship management.
  • Use success metrics and data to inform action plans and account decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Support to align on client goals.
  • Set and reset expectations internally and externally as needed.
  • Contribute to the continued expansion and optimization of the Client Success program.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in an Enterprise Customer Success Manager role, preferably in a state or local government environment.
  • Demonstrated experience reaching and exceeding goals.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong online and in-person presentation skills.
  • Superior business, process management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with industry associations and influential contacts.
  • Experience using CRM and sales automation tools to streamline efforts.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-20%.
  • Existing industry experience preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred and highly desired.
