Description

  • Oversee and execute campaigns for large, strategic accounts with enterprise-level complexity.
  • Run program kick-off calls, finalize briefs, build creator rosters, contract creators, schedule content, track performance, and lead post-campaign reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple client stakeholders and departments.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on internal initiatives and broader marketing objectives.
  • Partner with sales leads to identify, qualify, and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts.
  • Own client happiness by responding quickly, maintaining professionalism, and managing individual NPS scores.
  • Understand client processes, pain points, and bottlenecks and align #paid’s approach to their strategic priorities.
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously while balancing varying workload and complexity.
  • Proactively identify process inefficiencies and knowledge gaps and work with peers and the Team Manager to improve processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery, feedback resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other internal systems to track account health, campaign details, and revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally supporting key or enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience in digital and creator marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Experience owning commercial targets such as revenue retention, upsell quotas, or account growth goals.
  • Ability to execute campaigns with minimal oversight and resolve issues independently.
  • Ability to develop and present data-driven recommendations for retention and growth.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients in agency or creator tech is highly preferred.
  • Comfort communicating with senior stakeholders, including Influencer Marketing Managers and CMOs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex accounts at once.
  • Flexibility and availability for in-person meetings as needed.
