Description

  • Lead day-to-day production for defined features, workstreams, or full AAA titles.
  • Partner with development studios and publishing teams to plan and deliver milestones.
  • Balance scope, schedule, cost, and quality tradeoffs while escalating risks early.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across development, marketing, business development, QA, research, data, community, product, and platform partners.
  • Build schedules, milestone documentation, reports, presentations, and other materials that support decision-making.
  • Advocate for player experience in prioritization and tradeoff discussions.
  • Track player sentiment and incorporate insights from research, community, data, and product teams.
  • Own quality tracking from early milestone builds through final polish across shipping platforms.
  • Identify workflow improvements and resolve execution issues across distributed teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in game production, publishing production, product management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing a title through its full lifecycle, including post-launch.
  • Experience with live-service games or ongoing content pipelines.
  • Experience working across distributed teams and time zones.
  • Track record of partnering with developers and internal publishing teams, including Marketing, Business Development, QA, and Research.
  • Experience managing schedules and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Ability to identify, triage, and manage risks in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong writing, documentation, presentation, and meeting-leadership skills.
  • Ability to build trust and alignment across diverse partners using clear communication and a player-first perspective.
  • Passion for games and ability to articulate quality standards for different genres.
  • Experience managing feature-level budgets or financial workflows is preferred.
  • Experience in both development-side and publishing-side production is preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of $140,000–$180,000 for the Los Angeles position.
  • Hybrid work arrangement.
