Description

  • Partner with the campaign team to define program goals, audience segments, and send cadence for each title and activation.
  • Brief the design team on email creative needs and ensure assets are delivered on-spec for Salesforce Marketing Cloud builds.
  • Write email copy including subject lines, preview text, headlines, and body content tailored to audience and campaign goals.
  • Build and QA emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using branded templates.
  • Build and manage SFMC journeys, including segmentation logic, send rules, and suppression lists.
  • Set up and QA UTM tracking and verify data capture flows before sends.
  • Deploy emails and monitor send health, deliverability, and engagement metrics after sends.
  • Manage IP health and sender reputation, and proactively flag deliverability issues.
  • Pull and interpret performance reports and share insights and recommendations with the campaign team.
  • Maintain organized, well-documented campaign records within SFMC.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven hands-on experience building, QAing, and deploying campaigns in SFMC.
  • Strong email copywriting skills with experience writing for gaming, entertainment, or fan-driven audiences preferred.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS email rendering, mobile optimization, and dark mode QA.
  • Understanding of CRM best practices including segmentation, suppression, A/B testing, deliverability, and IP warming.
  • Ability to manage multiple titles or campaigns at once with shifting priorities.
  • Clear, direct communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative and campaign teams.
  • Experience with landing page or email capture flow tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with UTM architecture and analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics preferred.
  • Freelance/contract engagement; must be available for regular syncs during PT business hours.
  • Must be able to work as a temporary W-2 employee or independent contractor with an LLC.

Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $36 - $53.
  • Remote work arrangement.

  • Temporary role anticipated to last approximately 6 months.
  • Variable hours based on campaign volume.
