Description

  • Lead delivery of solution engagements in line with service contracts and statements of work, on time and within budget.
  • Maintain project plans, track progress, manage risks and issues, and communicate timeline impacts to stakeholders.
  • Provide consulting on learning and development, workforce planning, change management, learning adoption, competency alignment, and organizational transformation.
  • Partner with account teams and customers to understand business priorities, use cases, skilling needs, and requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for clients on contracted solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop competency-based programs, global rollouts, communication strategies, and adoption plans.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses, job role analyses, and skills gap assessments.
  • Design, develop, and implement strategic learning and skilling plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Facilitate client meetings, workshops, webinars, presentations, and conference sessions.
  • Analyze program performance and value through reporting and trend analysis, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in learning facilitation, leadership development, learning ROI metrics and measurement, and/or learning strategy.
  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong experience with virtual and collaboration web tools.
  • Advanced desktop application skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Access.
  • Experience or familiarity with the computer-based training market.
  • Familiarity with LMS or LCMS platforms, preferably including integration of learning content with LMS platforms.
  • Understanding of adult learning and development principles.
  • Experience applying L&D theories and methodologies across diverse customer needs.
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend meaningful metrics and slices to track learning goals.
  • Excellent customer service, facilitation, project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment with multiple virtual teams.

  • Target base salary of approximately $130,000-$140,000 CAD annually.
