Description

  • Develop expert-level knowledge of imaging products to deliver training and education to internal teams and defense customers.
  • Contribute to training curricula across computer-based simulations, knowledge portals, and hands-on training formats.
  • Collaborate with conventional and SOF customers to identify knowledge gaps, training opportunities, and solution needs for cUAS challenges.
  • Create and update training materials for Anduril and partner product capabilities.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer by bridging imaging product components and Anduril teams.
  • Capture product updates and support end-user training across Anduril teams and partners.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a training background, ideally planning training events and/or delivering training.
  • Strong ownership mentality and initiative to manage work independently in isolated environments.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across multiple communication methods and tools.
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Prior military background as an instructor and/or in curriculum development (preferred).
