Description

  • Assist sales teams with daily administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle email and phone communications.
  • Maintain and update sales collateral and digital resources.
  • Process orders accurately and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Generate invoices, track payments, and resolve order discrepancies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and manage complaints through phone and email.
  • Maintain CRM records, update CRM and ERP systems, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, track KPIs, and assist with forecasting.
  • Prepare contracts, maintain digital and physical files, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, and logistics teams, and support onboarding and training for new sales staff.

Requirements

  • 4 years of professional sales administration experience.
  • High school diploma required; a Business Administration degree is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software tools, and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential data appropriately.
