Description

  • Own the full-cycle sales process from outreach through contract execution in the SNF and long-term care sectors.
  • Develop territory plans and identify high-value prospects to drive market expansion.
  • Sell the clinical and financial value of the physician-led wound care model to C-suite leaders and administrators.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with skilled nursing facility owners and regional directors.
  • Share field intelligence and collaborate with the team to inform strategy and support collective success.

Requirements

  • 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care.
  • Deep understanding of how skilled nursing facilities operate and how decisions are made.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Team-first mindset with the ability to perform independently.
  • Unwavering integrity and a reputation for honesty and professionalism.
  • Comfort with a road warrior schedule, with travel 4–5 days per week.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
