Description

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet recruitment goals.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvements and optimize recruiting processes.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
  • Manage recruitment budgets and resource allocation effectively.
  • Stay current on industry trends and adjust talent acquisition strategies to remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience motivating and guiding a recruitment team.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and commitment to excellent client and candidate service.
