Description

  • Lead end-to-end executive searches for VP, SVP, and C-suite roles from intake through offer close.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research to identify and engage executive candidates.
  • Develop personalized outreach and long-term relationships with senior passive candidates.
  • Assess candidates for leadership capability, cultural alignment, and functional depth, and present well-researched shortlists with recommendations.
  • Partner with the ELT, People leadership, and hiring leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
  • Advise business leaders with proactive workforce intelligence, succession insights, and market trend analysis.
  • Design the operating model, roadmap, and structure for the executive recruiting function.
  • Establish agency strategy and governance, including preferred partners, PSL relationships, engagement norms, and delivery accountability.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-powered sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, and research methodologies.
  • Build and maintain executive talent infrastructure, including market maps, competitive tracking, and succession-relevant talent pools.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of executive or senior-level recruiting experience in-house, retained search, or a combination of both.
  • Direct experience building or significantly scaling an executive recruiting function, preferred.
  • Proven success placing VP-and-above candidates across GTM, Engineering, Finance, Product, or other functions.
  • Experience designing or overhauling an executive search operating model, including agency strategy, tooling decisions, and team structure.
  • Fluency with AI-powered talent intelligence and sourcing tools.
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, Boolean search, and emerging research methodologies.
  • Ability to build and interpret TA analytics, market compensation data, and search performance dashboards.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and advise at the C-suite level.
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, or similar systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.

  • Base salary range of $210,000 to $250,000 USD.
