Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental and company objectives.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content marketing, and events.
  • Analyze market trends and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing plans and support sales growth.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Enhance brand awareness across relevant marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, or professional services marketing is a plus.
