Description

  • Manage existing and prospective partner relationships to expand Lever’s partner ecosystem and revenue opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Sales Operations to align partnership strategy and execution.
  • Develop processes, tools, and partner programs that scale partnership operations across the business.
  • Evaluate partner tiering, define criteria and metrics, and recommend improvements to partnership engagement processes.
  • Support partner lead follow-up, routing, and sales handoff processes to improve speed and accountability.
  • Meet with strategic partners, establish baseline relationships, and identify opportunities to increase partnership value.
  • Own regular business reviews with top strategic partners and track adoption, traction, and relationship health.
  • Create internal enablement resources and training so Sales and Success teams can articulate partner offerings clearly.
  • Build and maintain a partnerships demo environment and toolkit to showcase Lever’s product suite and integrations.
  • Develop long-term partnership plans, calendars, and recommendations for events, co-marketing, and other alliance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong partner and relationship management skills.
  • Experience driving new business leads, revenue, and sales through partnerships.
  • Strong experience in partner management in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to communicate the value of partnerships and alliances.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and gain buy-in for partnership initiatives.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and creating scalable processes.
  • Experience with or ability to become certified on core product demos.
  • Familiarity with HR tech, talent acquisition, or recruiting software is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, strategic, and highly cross-functional environment.
