Description

  • Work directly with account executives, product, marketing, and leadership to assess and advance key opportunities with global brands.
  • Lead the technical pre-sales relationship and maintain a repeatable technical sales process.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present technical and business cases during customer engagements and executive presentations.
  • Design and manage successful proof-of-concepts (POCs) for global enterprise customers.
  • Develop new technical architectures and creative solutions to customer problems.
  • Deliver custom product demonstrations that show the value of the platform in analytics and business intelligence workflows.
  • Provide feedback from customers to Product and Marketing to inform roadmap and go-to-market decisions.
  • Support field marketing events as an expert presenter and trusted technical resource.
  • Mentor new team members and contribute to content creation for a global audience.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Deep knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, and enterprise data warehouses.
  • Creativity, persistence, and inquisitiveness about solving enterprise data problems.
  • Strong passion for cloud technologies and cloud-based application architecture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on, high-energy, and creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead others.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven success working cross-functionally with customer success, sales engineering, and product teams throughout the product lifecycle.
