Description

  • Coordinate on-site and phone interviews for candidates with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and keep recruiting information up to date.
  • Ensure a consistent and excellent experience throughout the candidate journey.
  • Meet and greet candidates who come in for interviews.
  • Facilitate the candidate expense reimbursement process.
  • Coordinate reference checks.
  • Perform administrative duties to support the recruiting team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize ruthlessly.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite or similar calendar and meeting applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to contribute.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a high-growth and ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Warm, welcoming demeanor with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Creative and proactive problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to stay composed and focused under pressure.
  • Team-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.
