Description

  • Lead or support talent acquisition activities including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and attracting candidates who align with Simprints’ values and mission.
  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, benefits, and compliance processes to ensure a smooth and efficient employee experience.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate learning & development programs that support continuous learning, career progression, and professional growth.
  • Create and run employee experience and engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
  • Use people analytics and data-driven insights to inform HR strategy, policy, and initiatives that improve well-being and productivity.
  • Plan, organise, and execute in-person company offsites and coordinate logistics for Simprints’ global workforce.
  • Support retention efforts through employee development, performance support, and culture-building activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align People Operations processes with organisational goals and values.

Requirements

  • Experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, HR Strategy, or HR Compliance (open to all levels).
  • Experience designing and managing recruitment and onboarding processes for diverse, international teams.
  • Experience developing HR policies, benefits administration, and ensuring HR compliance and efficient operations.
  • Experience designing and delivering L&D programs, professional development plans, or coaching initiatives.
  • Ability to use people analytics or data to inform HR strategy and measure impact.
  • Experience organising events or offsites and coordinating logistics across distributed/global teams.
  • Experience working in international development, social enterprises, or scaling fast-growing organisations (strongly preferred).
