  • Lead the largest partnership opportunities end-to-end, including positioning, solution shaping, pricing, proposal leadership, negotiation, and contracting from first conversation to signature.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships and account management practices (regular check-ins, feedback loops, and clear success plans) with partners including Ministries of Health and major funders.
  • Translate market signals into strategy and delivery by informing product roadmaps, pricing strategies, implementation readiness, and scalable commercial models focused on measurable coverage and data quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with product, delivery, and MEI teams to ensure commitments to partners are operationally feasible and delivered as promised.
  • Set and monitor partnership KPIs and success metrics, ensuring verified coverage gains and measurable outcomes for contracted programs.
  • Build and support a high-performing partnerships team by hiring and onboarding, creating standards and playbooks, running deal reviews and post-mortems, coaching, and fostering an inclusive culture.
  • Establish predictable, inspection-ready pipelines with stage definitions, conversion benchmarks, and regular forecast accuracy reviews to manage financial and delivery risks.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of partnerships, business development, or fundraising experience in global health with a record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Direct engagement experience with Ministries of Health and major funders in LMICs, including familiarity with procurement, program design, and decision cycles.
  • Demonstrated commercial rigour in pipeline qualification, forecasting, CRM discipline, and structured deal reviews.
  • Ability to translate programmatic and evaluation evidence into compelling value propositions tied to coverage, accountability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Comfort working with technical digital health products and explaining integrations, data flows, and privacy in plain language.
  • Experience informing product roadmaps, pricing strategies, implementation readiness, or scalable commercial models.
  • Optional/desired: previous M&E experience as a practitioner or direct user of programmatic data.
  • Location/eligibility notes: role is remote (UK/Remote preferred), strong experience working within Africa is required with a preference for Ghana; applicants currently employed by a Ministry of Health or government agency cannot be considered.

Benefits

  • Work with mission-driven impact, delivering technology that reaches millions and drives measurable outcomes.
  • Diverse, internationally drawn team with external recognition (Great Place to Work, 2025 Best Workplace for Women) and strong alumni outcomes.
  • Flexible, autonomy-driven work culture with mutual flexibility expectations for mission-critical moments.
  • 4-day workweek option (Fridays off) and unlimited annual leave to support work–life balance, with semi-annual productivity assessments.
  • Generous professional development support including an individual development budget (“Eduprints”), access to global experts through the GLG network, and professional coaching opportunities.
  • Opportunities for rapid growth, responsibility, and career development within a high-impact nonprofit environment.
  • Inclusive culture focused on psychological safety, candour, and collaboration, with emphasis on learning and adaptation.
