Description

  • Design and develop backend services for a highly scalable marketing platform.
  • Design APIs, applications, and infrastructure for client projects.
  • Document technical requirements and design decisions for clients and internal teams.
  • Own end-to-end delivery, including build, automation, deployment, and operations.
  • Partner with client stakeholders and team members to gather business requirements.
  • Collaborate on design decisions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Work within an iterative Agile delivery team using Agile tools and practices.
  • Support hybrid remote and in-person collaboration with delivery teams and client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A consultative approach to software development and software engineering.
  • Core programming foundation in JVM languages, particularly Kotlin or Java.
  • Experience designing and implementing data-driven APIs.
  • Exposure to frontend development with React.js, Tailwind, Redux, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with large-scale web services.
  • Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud or Azure.
  • Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Strong experience with unit and integration testing and test automation.
  • Experience working with SQL databases, database schema design, and query design for business requirements.
  • Passion and proven ability to adopt new technologies quickly.
  • Exposure to Scala or functional programming is preferred.
  • Exposure to DynamoDB or similar NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, HBase, BigTable, or Cosmos DB is preferred.
  • Exposure to Git workflows and the ability to tailor workflows to project needs is preferred.
  • Exposure to containerised deployment with Docker, Amazon ECS, Kubernetes, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Must be based in Poland and have citizenship or full-time working rights.
