Description

  • Lead technical execution for agency Internet and Intranet website support and modernization activities.
  • Oversee website performance, capacity, responsiveness, and traffic readiness.
  • Provide hands-on full-stack technical leadership across Drupal and .NET environments.
  • Lead integration work involving Appian, SharePoint, and IBM DB2.
  • Oversee organizational management and technical staff supporting contract requirements.
  • Serve as the responsible technical lead for Section 508 compliance of web postings.
  • Develop and maintain accessible federal websites using Section 508 practices.
  • Apply Agile, Lean, and SAFe project-management concepts.
  • Support modernization of public-facing and internal web applications.
  • Coordinate with federal stakeholders, technical personnel, and contractor teams in an integrated environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience.
  • 10+ years of .NET experience.
  • 5+ years of Drupal experience.
  • Hands-on full-stack development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience functioning as a team lead.
  • Hands-on experience with Appian, SharePoint, and DB2 integrations.
  • Experience with website design and creation in the federal government.
  • 10+ years of federal sector experience.
  • Working knowledge of Section 508 and accessible federal web development practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field.
  • Ability to meet personnel security requirements, including NACI or greater and DOL onboarding approval before beginning work.
  • US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card for 3 years) and federal tax compliant.
  • Direct experience supporting DOL, WHD, or DOL OCIO environments (preferred).
  • Experience modernizing federal legacy web applications from .NET to Drupal (preferred).
  • Experience with AWS/cloud environments, DevSecOps, CI/CD, UX/Human-Centered Design, U.S. Web Design Standards, and ATO processes (preferred).
