Description

  • Own the full partner onboarding lifecycle from sales handoff through implementation and launch.
  • Map business requirements, communicate project plans, and manage timelines, pre-scopes, and technical configurations.
  • Build, launch, and train 40 to 50 accounts per month while maintaining a 7-business-day average onboarding lead time.
  • Ensure high-quality partner profiles are set up across the Fresha ecosystem, including Booking Software, Marketplace, and Fresha Pay.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure accurate manual data entry and migration.
  • Build long-term partner relationships through regular contact and quarterly business reviews after onboarding.
  • Help partners maximize the value of Fresha by driving SaaS adoption, monetization, and feature activation.
  • Maintain a consistent contact strategy to protect retention and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to improve the partner journey.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Onboarding, or Account Management in a fast-paced SaaS or SMB startup/scale-up environment.
  • Project coordination experience or a project management certification is highly desired.
  • Professional proficiency in French, written and spoken, is highly preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume onboarding funnel and existing accounts at the same time.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners and manage expectations.
  • Experience working in or with the beauty and wellness sector is a strong plus.
  • Experience with selling multiple products at once is a bonus.
  • Experience using a CRM, especially HubSpot, is an added bonus.
  • A genuine passion for helping partners solve problems and grow their businesses.
  • Comfort working autonomously, adapting quickly to change, and operating in ambiguity.
