Description

  • Own strategic projects and initiatives focused on cloud security in collaboration with Sales, Support, Success, product, engineering, and customer teams.
  • Interface with key stakeholders and ensure clear communication and coordination across the full project lifecycle.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business vision, culture, processes, and cloud security requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships across customer organizations, from technical teams through CISO-level leaders.
  • Evangelize Wiz’s value and influence customers to adopt secure solutions at the right time.
  • Ensure Wiz guidance from documents, support, TAM, and product teams is understood and executed by customers.
  • Advocate internally for customer needs to ensure their security requirements are met.
  • Guide customers through post-onboarding adoption stages and large-scale transformation efforts.
  • Solve customer security challenges by introducing new ideas, tools, and mechanisms and removing internal blockers.
  • Collaborate with account teams to identify cloud opportunities, expand product adoption, and support tool consolidation.
  • Provide TCO analysis and business case support aligned to customer security objectives.
  • Accelerate cloud security adoption by defining milestones, removing blockers, and improving secure migration processes.
  • Define and drive customer training strategies for both technical and non-technical users.
  • Implement governance structures to manage the customer partnership and adoption of Wiz.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Executive, or in another customer-facing strategic role.
  • Proven experience working with Fortune 100 customers and cloud-based technology.
  • Experience managing strategic customers and solving complex engagements with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models.
  • Ability to learn Wiz’s offerings and pricing quickly and adapt with agility.
  • Must be located in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
  • Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Benefits

  • Full-time compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • US base salary range of $136,800 to $152,000.
  • Location-based pay within the salary range, with pay determined by skills, experience, education, and work location.
  • Benefits available through Google, including the company’s broader benefits program.
