Description

  • Define and scale the NORAM customer marketing and customer experience strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Build and execute an integrated strategy across trade shows, field events, customer programs, and executive experiences.
  • Design persona-driven activations that build relationships with key buyers across ecommerce, digital, risk, and fraud functions.
  • Serve as a player-coach who sets strategy while remaining hands-on in execution.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to align target accounts, priority segments, and key initiatives.
  • Own the end-to-end customer marketing strategy across the lifecycle to drive engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Develop customer communication programs such as newsletters, product updates, and customer-specific campaigns.
  • Launch and scale referral and advocacy programs that generate pipeline and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Manage a Senior Field Marketing and Events Manager, along with vendors, budgets, logistics, and timelines for events.
  • Define success metrics, track performance, and optimize programs based on data, insights, and feedback.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in events, field marketing, or customer marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or ecommerce.
  • Proven experience leading trade shows, executive events, and high-impact customer or ABM experiences.
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members while balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across go-to-market teams to drive pipeline and customer outcomes.
  • Background in partnership-driven programs or co-marketing initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable traveling about 20% of the time.
