Description

  • Own charity: water’s Spring recurring revenue target across acquisition, retention, upgrades, and lifetime value.
  • Build and manage the full-funnel donor journey from first gift through multi-year commitment.
  • Design and optimize the conversion pathway from one-time giving to recurring giving.
  • Partner with Revenue Resources to define major-donor-ready signals and build handoff infrastructure.
  • Lead paid acquisition strategy across channels including paid social, paid search, TV/CTV, display, and direct mail.
  • Manage and forecast a multi-channel paid media budget while tracking CAC, CPA, ROAS, and revenue attribution.
  • Direct agency and contractor partners and hold them accountable to performance.
  • Manage and develop two direct reports with clear expectations and developmental feedback.
  • Build experimentation and testing frameworks that generate learning across creative, audience, and channel.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product, Data & Analytics, Corporate Partnerships, and Revenue Resources to improve conversion, reporting, audience strategy, and upgrade pathways.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in consumer marketing or fundraising with direct ownership of revenue targets.
  • Significant experience in growth or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience directing paid acquisition strategy across digital channels such as Meta and Google.
  • Agency direction experience is required.
  • Extensive experience with subscription, membership, or monthly giving programs.
  • Proven results in acquisition, retention, and upgrade for a recurring revenue program.
  • Experience managing direct reports and external agency or contractor relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort using CAC, LTV, retention cohort analysis, and related performance metrics.
  • Clear point of view on how AI is changing paid media and marketing operations, with experience adopting new tools early.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Preferred: experience in nonprofit fundraising or mission-driven consumer audiences.
  • Preferred: familiarity with direct mail as a channel, including audience segmentation, cadence strategy, and creative testing.
  • Preferred: experience building or scaling a recurring giving or membership program from the ground up.
