Description

  • Define and implement sales strategies across North America and target verticals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from meeting conversion through opportunity closure and long-term deal securing.
  • Recruit, build, and retain a high-performing new business sales team.
  • Report weekly and monthly sales forecasts and maintain accurate pipeline tracking.
  • Provide ongoing support, coaching, and training to the sales team.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and developments in target markets.
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal teams to support company goals.
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives in a fast-paced expansion environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role covering full sales cycles.
  • Excellent and consistent sales track record in financial software solutions (SaaS).
  • Experience in order-to-cash software is preferred.
  • Consistent record of new business enterprise sales achievement throughout a sales career.
  • Experience executing defined and repeatable sales strategies and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to sell to CxO-level stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a passion for driving growth.
  • Ability to build a strong new business sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
