Description

  • Lead the overall technology solutions, architecture, and deployment of cloud-based services supporting B2B partnerships.
  • Provide technology leadership, architectural guidance, and design decisions for platform and product services.
  • Lead and support software engineers in deploying platform and product services.
  • Lead pre-sales efforts and help develop pre-sales technology strategies.
  • Document, design, build, and deploy a developer portal with access tokens, APIs, and SDKs for new and existing partnerships.
  • Develop technical go-to-market deployment solutions in collaboration with business development, product management, product marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Demo and evangelize developer platforms, APIs, and SDKs to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Roll up sleeves to build prototypes that support B2B decision-making and solution validation.
  • Serve as Scrum Master in a fast-paced hybrid agile environment to help ensure business and product objectives are achieved.
  • Lead technical analysis and design, evaluate tradeoffs, define standards of excellence, and remove delivery impediments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience deploying B2B and enterprise SaaS platforms and products, or proven hands-on equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of working leadership experience in a player/coach role alongside other solutions engineers.
  • 6+ years of software and hardware architecture experience.
  • 6+ years of experience productizing applications in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of architecture and design patterns for SaaS/cloud solutions.
  • Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • In-depth knowledge of microservices-based architectures.
  • Experience with modern web and mobile technologies, including JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C# .NET Core, React, Postgres, Swift, and AWS services such as Lambda, RDS, Fargate ECS, API Gateway, SNS/SQS/DLQ.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business leaders.
