Description

  • Partner with Sales Executives on complex technical sales cycles from discovery through close.
  • Lead customer discovery, requirements gathering, and technical discussions to identify pain points.
  • Translate customer needs into Fingerprint-based solutions and present relevant product capabilities.
  • Lead Proof-of-Value integrations with customer technology stacks.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer business needs.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer teams and sales executives.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve the sales process.
  • Represent Fingerprint and present solutions at industry conferences.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and communicate requirements to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Located in the APAC region.
  • Strong JavaScript proficiency, including the ability to understand and troubleshoot technical implementations.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data interpretation.
  • Excellent technical presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Experience translating customer requirements for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, self-directed, and creative working style.
  • Proficiency with macOS and remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
  • Authorization to work from the home location; Fingerprint does not sponsor visas.
