Description

  • Guide merchants through the implementation and onboarding process within defined timelines.
  • Deliver structured onboarding and training sessions to support successful activation.
  • Configure accounts, stores, carriers, automation rules, and other key platform features.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and key go-live dates.
  • Analyze merchant workflows and recommend the best setup during kickoff meetings.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of integrations, configuration rules, API capabilities, and system architecture.
  • Document onboarding progress in Salesforce and transition accounts to Support or Customer Success after implementation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and other support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Answer basic platform questions, resolve merchant issues, and escalate technical problems when needed.
  • Participate in outbound call campaigns for Implementation and Customer Support initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in technical support, customer service, or onboarding.
  • Sales or discovery experience with a consultative approach to onboarding.
  • Basic technical understanding to guide merchants through platform configurations.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or SaaS platforms preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or JIRA.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
  • Reliable, highly self-motivated, and able to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work Manila-based hours with some overlap into U.S. business hours.
