Description

  • Own a large portfolio of concurrent self-serve deployments and drive customers to full value within a 12-day time-to-value target.
  • Manage go-live intake, activation, and follow-up through largely asynchronous communication and self-service resources.
  • Monitor deployment health daily, triage accounts by status, and prioritize the highest-need customers.
  • Troubleshoot deployment blockers and escalate complex technical or relationship issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Guide customers through activation of purchased products across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Help customers adopt best practices and realize value from the platform.
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and coverage gaps to keep deployments moving.
  • Keep the account team informed on status, risks, and next steps.
  • Maintain service quality standards and contribute to customer satisfaction improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or Professional Services consulting for enterprise-grade, cybersecurity-related SaaS platforms in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing SaaS products across a large portfolio of customer environments, including cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of networking basics, security protocols, and email security concepts such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Strong technical analysis skills to diagnose complex deployment issues and translate technical steps into clear written guidance for non-technical customers.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and meet fast deadlines.
  • Experience using AI tools to templatize repeatable work.
  • Experience in a high-volume, digital, or tech-touch delivery model is preferred.
  • Comfort working in Salesforce/CRM and customer-success platforms such as Gainsight is preferred.
  • Knowledge of API use and integration processes is preferred.
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
