Description

  • Manage a team of Upper Mid-Market Account Executives focused on new client acquisition.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and track team performance against goals.
  • Update weekly forecasting for large accounts and team quota run rate.
  • Monitor Salesforce reports and dashboards to assess activity levels and pipeline health.
  • Coach Account Executives through 1:1s, call reviews, and real-time deal strategy.
  • Join or advise on high-priority sales motions to help close key opportunities.
  • Partner with the Director of Client Acquisition and VP of North America Sales on pipeline generation and close-rate improvement.
  • Work with Sales Enablement to strengthen sales process and product and operations knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to share merchant feedback and improve products and services.
  • Own performance management, including reviews and development planning for team members.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and mentorship efforts for new Account Executives.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams responsible for new client acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success driving net-new revenue growth as a sales leader and former top-performing seller.
  • Experience in eCommerce, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and the ability to turn data into strategic action and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and elevate direct reports and cross-functional partners.
  • High initiative, strong ownership, and a collaborative approach to achieving results.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and change, including learning from failures and improving processes.
  • Proactive in giving and receiving feedback and partnering across the sales organization to optimize processes and playbooks.
  • Must be located in one of ShipBob’s approved remote states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, KS, KY, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, or WI.
