Description

  • Manage a team of Upper Mid-Market Account Executives.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and track team performance.
  • Update weekly forecasting for large accounts and team quota run rate.
  • Monitor Salesforce reports and dashboards to maintain pipeline health and address gaps.
  • Coach and support Account Executives through 1:1s, call reviews, and deal strategy.
  • Advise on and participate in high-priority sales motions to close key opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to implement tactics that improve pipeline generation, close rates, and revenue growth.
  • Work with Sales Enablement to strengthen product, operations, and sales-process knowledge.
  • Partner with Operations and Product teams to share merchant feedback and support continuous improvement.
  • Own performance management, including reviews and development planning, and support hiring, onboarding, and mentorship for new AEs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams responsible for new client acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success driving net-new revenue growth as a sales leader and former top-performing seller.
  • Experience in eCommerce, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment industries is strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and elevate direct reports and cross-functional partners.
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics and the ability to translate data into strategic action and measurable outcomes.
  • High level of initiative with a strong ownership mindset and collaborative approach.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, change, and learning from failures.
  • Proactive in giving and receiving feedback and improving processes and playbooks.
  • Must be located in one of ShipBob’s approved remote states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, KS, KY, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, or WI.
