Description

  • Own the full-cycle SMB sales process, including prospecting, demos, follow-up, and closing deals against a monthly quota.
  • Run product demos that show how Clubspeed’s platform connects bookings, point of sale, payments, waivers, memberships, events, and reporting.
  • Sell integrated payments as a core part of every deal and position it as a revenue and experience driver for operators.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline for small business venue operators.
  • Build trusted relationships with owners, operators, floor staff, and the broader entertainment-venue community.
  • Represent the Clubspeed and Resova brands and generate referrals through relationship-building.
  • Improve the go-to-market playbook by refining messaging, objection handling, and ideal customer fit.
  • Bring market feedback to product and leadership to help sharpen the product and sales pitch.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience selling to small businesses.
  • Experience building your own pipeline.
  • Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong closing skills and comfort asking for the sale.
  • Ability to build genuine, long-term relationships with buyers.
  • Direct communication style and willingness to call out issues such as weak pipeline or objections.
  • Ability to diagnose customer pain points and surface business growth goals.
  • Comfort working in a sales process that includes a mock pitch interview and leadership conversations.
