Description

  • Serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor for clients across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
  • Lead and own proofs of concept as the technical single point of contact, including implementation and onboarding.
  • Deliver product demonstrations with the sales team and tailor demos to client use cases.
  • Provide technical and solution consultancy, troubleshooting, and white-glove support for clients.
  • Act as the technical liaison for existing customers, including support, adoption, and renewal processes.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships while representing SHIELD as the face of the company.
  • Conduct regular technical account reviews, product trainings, and on-site visits to share insights and analytics.
  • Help clients optimize their solution usage to drive long-term success with SHIELD.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to manage and prioritize client feature requests.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product adoption based on client needs and technology fit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of total experience, including at least 3 years in client-facing presales engineering, sales engineering, or support engineering.
  • Experience in B2B enterprise software, SaaS, payments, or mobile industries.
  • Hands-on experience with SDK implementation is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL.
  • Experience driving integrations and serving as the single point of contact for end-to-end POCs.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, spoken and written, is required.
