Description

  • Develop and execute regional technical sales plans to support solution adoption and revenue targets.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and retain a high-performing sales engineering team.
  • Drive enterprise solution cycles from discovery to close across major accounts.
  • Engage directly with C-level executives and technical stakeholders on customer opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain technical relationships with technology partners, system integrators, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategy and customer needs.
  • Provide market and technical feedback to inform product roadmap and cross-functional decisions.
  • Support the team in delivering technical solution presentations and demonstrations.
  • Align technical objectives with senior leadership and company growth plans.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise software or technical sales engineering experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to support or enable revenue targets in enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Extensive experience architecting, presenting, and demonstrating complex technical solutions in security, privacy, compliance, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security architectures and technical requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS preferred.
  • Previous success supporting sales to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance.
  • Track record of building and maintaining strategic technical partnerships with major consulting firms and system integrators.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level presence.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making ability, and technical depth.
  • Experience leading teams through periods of growth and transformation.
