Description

  • Build and ship full-stack features across the product while ramping up on the platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the codebase, systems, data models, core workflows, and business logic.
  • Identify high-leverage opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Design and build AI agents, tools, and automated workflows using modern AI tooling.
  • Integrate LLMs into product workflows in reliable, production-safe ways.
  • Evaluate, iterate on, and improve AI systems based on real-world performance.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve user-facing problems.
  • Help define responsible AI engineering practices and standards for the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience with the ability to own features end-to-end.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on AI engineering experience building and shipping LLM-powered systems in production.
  • Experience with at least one AI orchestration framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS Bedrock.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, debugging, and clean code practices.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work across product and engineering teams.
  • Comfort starting as a full-stack engineer and growing into AI engineering over time.
  • Curiosity about how systems work and judgment about where AI adds real value.
  • Preferred: interest in shaping how an entire company approaches AI.
