Description

  • Run discovery calls with inbound leads, uncover hiring needs, and close new business.
  • Handle pricing objections and guide prospects through the sales process.
  • Kick off the hiring process after a deal closes, including setting expectations on timeline and candidate flow.
  • Use the automated delivery system to generate job descriptions and manage targeting for open roles.
  • Review candidate submissions, shortlist top candidates, and determine who is presented to the client.
  • Participate in interviews and help make hiring decisions for client roles.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to agencies and book follow-up calls.
  • Check in with active clients, assess new hire performance, and resolve fit or management issues before they become problems.
  • Own accounts after the sale and stay responsible for client outcomes and renewals.

Requirements

  • Experience selling services, staffing, or another high-ticket B2B offer.
  • Ability to run discovery calls, discuss budget confidently, and control the sales conversation.
  • Comfort handling live objections and thinking quickly during calls.
  • Prior experience with cold outreach through LinkedIn and email, or strong outbound capability.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates based on challenge submissions, interview clips, and resumes.
  • Experience hiring people before, or strong instincts for talent assessment.
  • Ownership mindset focused on both closing deals and ensuring successful hires and renewals.
  • Strong communication skills, speed, and coachability in a low-drama, high-output environment.
  • Bonus: experience at a staffing firm, recruiting agency, or agency-services business.
  • Bonus: experience selling to marketing agencies or hiring/managing offshore talent.
