Description

  • Own the full merchant-account surface, including onboarding, authentication, dashboard, and payouts.
  • Lead merchant onboarding work such as sign-up, KYB collection, underwriting touchpoints, time-to-go-live, and activation.
  • Own merchant authentication flows including sign-in, SSO, session management, and account recovery.
  • Manage the merchant dashboard experience for orders, settlements, reporting, user and role management, and self-serve configuration.
  • Oversee merchant payout experiences including scheduling, reconciliation, statements, and dispute visibility.
  • Drive quarterly merchant-side roadmap planning, prioritization, and trade-off decisions.
  • Partner daily with Engineering and Design to deliver product changes.
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development to reduce onboarding friction and support merchant acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with Merchant Operations, Support, payments, treasury, risk, and platform teams on merchant experience and underlying rails.
  • Use AI tools, Jira, GitLab, Figma, Slack, and Confluence to draft, analyze, prototype, review, and document product work.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience shipping B2B or merchant-facing software.
  • Experience at a fintech, marketplace, payments, or SaaS company.
  • Strong written and spoken English and comfort leading conversations with US- and Canada-based stakeholders.
  • Experience with at least one of the following: onboarding, dashboard or self-serve admin products, or payments and payouts.
  • Familiarity with BNPL, lending, or payments products is a strong plus.
  • Working comfort with SQL.
  • Ability to read code, even if you do not write it.
  • Demonstrated track record of working with Sales and Business Development as primary commercial partners.
  • Adept use of AI tools as a daily driver, with willingness to show AI workflows during the interview process.
  • Based in Colombia or elsewhere in Latin America and able to work remotely with core hours aligned to US Mountain/Central time, roughly 9am–5pm MT.
