Description

  • Own the growth and customer experience charter across the full funnel, including user conversion and post-booking experience on web and app.
  • Define the multi-horizon growth strategy and translate it into a focused roadmap aligned to company-level goals.
  • Lead and coach a small team of product managers, removing blockers and creating conditions for high performance.
  • Build and institutionalize a rigorous experimentation program with clear prioritization frameworks, test velocity targets, and learning loops.
  • Align priorities and resource allocation across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing.
  • Identify compounding growth levers, including flywheel effects, platform bets, structural improvements, and tactical wins.
  • Define and track OKRs, experiment velocity, and impact metrics across the funnel.
  • Represent the growth and customer experience charter in annual and quarterly planning and roadmap reviews.
  • Collaborate directly with product, design, engineering leadership, and senior stakeholders to secure alignment on priorities.

Requirements

  • Currently operating at Lead, Staff, Principal, or Group Product Manager level in consumer tech, marketplace, e-commerce, or travel.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning growth outcomes such as discovery, conversion, and retention.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to set direction across a 6-month to 2-year horizon while maintaining clarity on the next 90 days.
  • Deep experimentation fluency, including building systems, cadence, and culture around A/B testing and learning.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including comfort with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience influencing without authority and aligning cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for strategy docs, PRDs, and leadership narratives.
  • Ability to break down complex problems, make trade-offs, and prioritize based on user and business impact.
  • Comfortable coaching product managers and creating alignment across pods and functions.
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing PM talent is a strong plus.
