Description

  • Define and articulate the AI product vision and strategy across Noodle’s learner journey data and operations.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized AI product roadmap with product leadership.
  • Research market trends, competitor use of AI, and partner and colleague needs to identify unmet opportunities.
  • Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Design AI agents on Noodle’s proprietary agent-building platform by writing prompts, selecting toolsets, and defining data connectors.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, data analysis, design, service, and partnerships teams through ideation, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Recommend appropriate AI models and communicate technical tradeoffs and capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Use data and analytics to define KPIs, measure product performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams on go-to-market planning and execution for new AI products and features.
  • Identify and mitigate AI-related risks, including ethics, privacy, and model bias.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, including 1-2 years focused on AI-powered products.
  • Proven success launching and scaling AI products that deliver meaningful value.
  • Strong understanding of the AI development lifecycle, including data collection, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Experience with AI technologies and their real-world product applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven product mindset.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to live and work in the United States and reside in the United States for the duration of employment.
  • Experience evaluating Large Language Models or related AI platforms is preferred.
