Description

  • Define the product vision and strategic direction in alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Articulate the business case and customer value for product initiatives and features.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the product, market, and competitive landscape.
  • Translate product strategy into actionable plans that determine what to build and when to release it.
  • Build and maintain detailed internal roadmaps and high-level roadmaps for executives and customers.
  • Gather input from customers, internal stakeholders, and market research to shape the roadmap.
  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets market needs and quality standards.
  • Collect, curate, and prioritize backlog ideas from customers, sales, and internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate product performance using adoption, customer satisfaction, churn, and renewal data.
  • Run trials, pilots, and MVPs to validate assumptions before broader launches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to gather feedback and promote the product through enablement and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications such as CSPO or SAFe PO are a plus.
  • 5–7 years of experience in a product management role.
  • Proven experience overseeing parts of the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Highly effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Aha! Product Management software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with software engineering concepts such as APIs, databases, and cloud technologies is preferred.
  • Experience with call center software such as ACD, IVR, and AI bots is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate product workflows, including requirements generation, research synthesis, and user story drafting is preferred.
  • Must comply with the FBI CJIS Security Policy and successfully pass a fingerprint-based background check.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any required security clearances, including additional customer-specific requirements.
