Description

  • Own the merchant onboarding experience, including sign-up, KYB collection, underwriting touchpoints, time-to-go-live, and activation.
  • Own merchant authentication flows, including sign-in, SSO, session management, and account recovery.
  • Own the merchant dashboard experience, including orders, settlements, reporting, user and role management, and self-serve configuration.
  • Own merchant payouts, including payout scheduling, reconciliation, statements, and dispute visibility.
  • Set and manage the merchant-side roadmap through quarterly planning, prioritization, and trade-off decisions.
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development to reduce onboarding friction and improve merchant acquisition and retention.
  • Partner daily with Engineering and Design to deliver merchant-facing product improvements.
  • Collaborate with Merchant Operations, Support, payments, treasury, risk, and platform teams to incorporate post-launch feedback and support underlying rails.
  • Use Claude as the default starting point for drafting PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, communications, sales enablement materials, and competitor research.
  • Translate analysis, code reviews, and design concepts into product-ready requirements and execution in Jira, GitLab, Figma, Slack, and Confluence.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience shipping B2B or merchant-facing software.
  • Experience at a fintech, marketplace, payments, or SaaS company.
  • Strong written and spoken English and comfort leading conversations with US- and Canada-based stakeholders.
  • Experience with at least one of the following: onboarding, dashboard or self-serve admin products, or payments and payouts.
  • Familiarity with BNPL, lending, or payments products is a strong plus.
  • Working comfort with SQL.
  • Ability to read code, even if you do not need to write or ship it.
  • Demonstrated track record of working with Sales and Business Development as primary commercial partners.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude as a daily driver for product work.
  • Based in Colombia or elsewhere in Latin America, with working hours aligned to US Mountain/Central time (roughly 9am–5pm MT core hours).
