Description

  • Manage the proposal pipeline and end-to-end process for new customers and projects.
  • Develop and price proposals in partnership with project management, technical, and business teams.
  • Translate customer needs into project scopes, timelines, costs, and pricing.
  • Ensure proposals are accurate, consistent, high quality, and aligned with client needs.
  • Participate in customer discussions and provide technical expertise for new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with project management and scheduling teams to confirm achievable client timelines.
  • Continuously improve proposal quality, templates, boilerplate language, and costing tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional responses to RFIs and RFPs and oversee Proposals and Business Development workflows.
  • Support Sales, project management, and field business development teams in winning new business and advising clients on services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences or engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical pharmaceutical development role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, sales, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to delegate tasks appropriately and work effectively in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
