Description

  • Support the planning, coordination, and formatting of content across the agency brand, CEO-led channels, and the company website on WordPress.
  • Own and maintain content calendars, deadlines, assets, files, design briefs, trackers, and approval workflows.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager, designers, media managers, copywriters, and senior stakeholders to move content from concept to publication.
  • Repurpose long-form content into social-first assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and community platforms.
  • Upload, schedule, format, and QA-check links, captions, alignment, and tags before content goes live.
  • Set up, test, format, and distribute email newsletters.
  • Help manage engagement and community activity within the Search Everywhere Academy and Agency Owners Club.
  • Use AI tools and specialized workflows to draft content variants, improve efficiency, and maintain consistent production.
  • Track baseline social and content performance insights to evaluate what content is resonating.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in content coordination, social media coordination, blog management, community management, or a similar digital marketing agency/B2B environment.
  • Laser-sharp attention to detail with strong visual and written quality standards.
  • Strong project management instincts and the ability to manage multiple timelines without micromanagement.
  • Passion for online culture and social platforms, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Clear, concise, and highly professional written and spoken English.
  • Comfort working with modern workflow tools and digital marketing platforms such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, Buffer, GA4, GSC, and Semrush.
  • Eagerness to use advanced AI tools such as Gemini to streamline drafting and workflows.
  • Highly self-managing, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Remote applicants must be able to collaborate within a time zone that is 4 hours +/- of Dubai (GST).
