Description

  • Manage marketing budget reconciliation, vendor invoices, and receipt tracking.
  • Act as a liaison for physician formulators by managing scripts and approvals.
  • Coordinate PR and media interviews.
  • Support UGC and affiliate creator campaigns, including product seeding and sample tracking.
  • Coordinate monthly brand reporting across cross-functional teams.
  • Follow up to ensure on-time submissions from relevant stakeholders.
  • Track timelines for packaging and product updates in Hive.
  • Handle project coordination and administrative follow-through across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

  • Experience with Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Hive or other project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday is preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon marketplaces.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process management and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable handling numbers, including invoices, receipts, and budget reconciliation.
  • Strong written communication for interacting with vendors, influencers, and agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable speed.
  • Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
