Description

  • Maintain and organize event folders and related assets so materials are properly filed and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute event promotion plans across social media, email, and website copy.
  • Create post-event recaps, follow-up outreach plans, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support creation of event marketing materials in Canva, including banners, header images, and invitations.
  • Manage and update Splash pages for iSpot-hosted events.
  • Manage vendor and partner contracts in Tropic, including approvals and signatures.
  • Support logistics for vendor and partner engagements, including intake forms, credit card authorizations, and spec sheet coordination.
  • Compile bi-weekly Field Marketing updates for cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain event calendars and other shared planning tools.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with event management platforms such as Splash or similar tools (preferred).
  • Experience with marketing and project management platforms such as Jira and Smartsheet (preferred).
  • Experience with design platforms such as Canva (preferred).
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
  • This is a part-time contract role requiring 24 hours per week.
  • Initial 4-month term with the possibility of extension based on project requirements.

Benefits

  • Target cash compensation of $55/hour.
  • Salary plus equity in iSpot.
  • Full-time employees are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options.
  • Non-exempt roles are eligible for pre-approved overtime pay.
  • Hybrid and flexible workplace policy.
  • Hybrid schedule for employees near Bellevue, WA or New York, NY, with 1–3 days in the office per week.
  • Fully remote schedule available for roles and employees located farther from offices.
