Description

  • Administer onboarding, leave management, role and compensation changes, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage and triage incoming employee requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Maintain legally compliant, audit-ready employee records and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and post-M&A integration projects.
  • Partner with Payroll, Recruiting, IT, Legal, and Finance to handle sensitive employee information securely.
  • Work with Technical Specialists to identify and reduce system and process bottlenecks.
  • Track project-based work in an organized, transparent manner and provide weekly updates to leadership.
  • Launch compliance training in partnership with Legal and IT and drive completion through follow-up communication.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in People Operations program ownership and execution.
  • Ability to independently handle a high volume of administrative tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with moderate Excel skills for reporting, auditing, and reconciling data sets.
  • Demonstrated success improving manual or outdated processes to increase team efficiency.
  • Experience leading or owning cross-functional projects and coordinating with external software vendors.
  • Experience administering B2B contracts and global PEO/EOR employment.
  • Experience with immigration case management and work-authorisation compliance.
  • Must be located in the Vancouver area.
  • Ability to work in a remote role.
  • Experience handling confidential employee data and supporting compliance-related work (preferred).

Benefits

  • Salary range of $80,000 to $92,000 per year.
